Quality & standards
Good results depend on three things: the right tool, a correct air supply and a matched abrasive or accessory. This is how we make sure all three are right.
What you can expect from us
We are an importer, so our responsibility is choosing well and documenting clearly. These are the standards we hold ourselves to.
Clear specifications
Every model is listed with speed, size, air consumption, weight and connection details. Values not yet confirmed are marked “on request” rather than guessed.
Datasheets for every model
Each product has a one-page datasheet in PDF, generated from the same data as this website so the two always agree.
Rated abrasives
Discs, wheels and points carry a maximum speed. We advise on abrasives rated at or above the free speed of each tool.
Safe use guidance
We share the operating pressure, air preparation and protective equipment each tool needs, with every enquiry.
Feed the tool properly
Most performance and life problems with air tools come from the air supply, not the tool. Our air tools are rated at 6.2 bar (90 psi) at the tool inlet.
| Working pressure at the tool | 6.2 bar (90 psi) |
|---|---|
| Air inlet on the tool | 1/4" |
| Hose bore | 10 mm (3/8") for most tools; keep hoses short |
| Air preparation | Filter, regulator and lubricator (FRL) close to the work |
| Lubrication | A few drops of air-tool oil daily if no in-line lubricator |
| Moisture | Drain the compressor tank and filter bowl regularly |
| Compressor capacity | Above the tool's air consumption, with margin for hose losses |
Good practice on every job
- Never fit a disc, pad, belt or point rated below the tool's free speed.
- Disconnect the air supply before changing abrasives, pads or collets.
- Keep guards fitted on angle grinders, and use discs of the correct diameter.
- Wear eye protection, hearing protection and gloves; use dust extraction or a respirator when sanding.
- Do not exceed the rated working pressure.
- Check hoses and fittings for wear before each shift.
